摘  要：书面表达是语言输出的一种至关重要的形式，是学生综合语言运用能力的表现。在新高考背景下，随着“英语学科核心素养”的提出与解读，众多的英语教育工作者对学科核心素养在具体教学活动中的体现进行探究。同时，在新高考中书面表达的比例占更大。笔者通过针对福州市教育科学研究“十三五”规划2018年度课题《核心素养下农村高中英语书面表达教与学的探究》研究中，从英语学科核心素养着手，提出了书面表达教与学存在的问题以及策略的探讨。

Research on the Teaching and Learning of English Written Expression in Rural High School Under the Core Literacy

【Abstract】Written expression is one of the most important forms of language output，and it is the performance of students' comprehensive language application ability.Under the background of the new college entrance examination，with the proposal and interpretation of "English subject core literacy"，many English educators have explored the embodiment of the subject core literacy in specific teaching activities.At the same time，the proportion of written expression in the new college entrance examination is larger.Based on the research of the "13th five year plan" of Fuzhou education science research in 2018，"exploration of rural high school English written expression teaching and learning under the core literacy"，the author puts forward the existing problems and Strategies of written expression teaching and learning from the perspective of English subject core literacy.

書面表达在新高考中占据非常重要的地位，它旨在考查考生基础知识和综合运用语言的能力，它要求考生必须具备丰富的语言语法知识和较强的语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力。现行的《普通高中英语课程标准（2017年版）》指出：“指向学生学科核心素养的英语教学应以主题意义为引领，以语篇为依托，整合语言知识、文化知识、语言技能和学习策略等学习内容，引导学生采用自主、合作的学习方式，参与主题意义的探究活动，并从中学习语言知识，发展语言技能，汲取文化营养，促进多元思维，塑造良好品格，优化学习策略，提高学习效率，确保语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力的同步提升。”

“书面语篇是人们运用语言的常见形式之一。在使用语言的过程中，语言使用者不仅需要运用词汇和语法知识，而且需要将语言组织为意义连贯的语篇。……
