【摘    要】近年来，幼儿园频繁出现一些危机事件，威胁着幼儿的安全成长，同时也暴露出幼儿园安全管理方面存在的问题。为了改变幼儿园管理现状，保障幼儿健康成长，本文以危机管理理论为指向，分析幼儿园安全管理中存在的诸多问题，提出相关策略，以解决问题，呵护祖国的花朵。

【Abstract】In recent years， there have been frequent crisis incidents in kindergartens， threatening the safe growth of children， and at the same time exposing problems in the safety management of kindergartens. In order to change the current situation of kindergarten management and ensure the healthy growth of children， this article aims at crisis management theory， analyzes many problems in the safety management of kindergartens， and proposes relevant strategies to solve the problems and care for the flowers of the motherland.

幼儿园是幼儿学习、游戏、生活的重要场所。近年来，幼儿园危机事件频频爆发，食物中毒事件、违规用药事件等一系列事件发生得太突然，对幼儿生命安全造成了威胁。从中可以看出，虽然幼儿园发展迅速，但危机预防和管理意识并没有紧随其上，这不仅对幼儿，对教师和幼儿园都是致命的打击。因此，以危机管理理论为基础，重新认识幼儿园，直面它可能出现的各种危机，并采取有效的措施积极预防和应对，是幼儿教育研究者的重要分析课题，也是幼儿教育可持续发展的必经之路。

一、危机管理理论的概述

随着现代社会的快速发展，人们越来越注重危机管理，这也成为评定管理者成熟水平的一项重要指标。在不同的领域，危机管理的方向也不同，但其过程都可以分为两个部分：危机前的预测、防范管理与危机后的应急善后处理。危机管理理论是由美国危机管理专家罗伯特·希斯（RobrtHeath）在《危机管理》一书中率先提出的，明确规定危机管理由缩减、预备、反应以及恢复四个阶段组成。……
