【摘    要】《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要（试行）》强调了劳动教育的重要性，新时代农村小学劳动课程教学成了小学的重点课程，中小学也纷纷对校内的劳动课程教学进行改革。基于此，本文就从农村小学劳动课程教学中的“先做后导”教育模式实践的重要性和必要性入手，结合农村小学劳动课程教学中教育模式实践的现状及问题，提出新时代农村小学劳动课程教学中的“先做后导”教育模式实践的优化措施，为广大教师提供参考，有效提升农村小学的学生的劳动素养。

【Abstract】The "Guiding Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities，High Schools and Primary Schools （Trial）" emphasizes the importance of labor education. In the new era， rural primary school labor curriculum teaching has become a key curriculum in primary schools， and primary and high schools have also reformed the labor curriculum teaching in schools. Based on this， this article starts with the importance and necessity of the practice of the "first do and then guide" education model in the labor curriculum teaching in rural primary schools， combined with the current situation and problems of the education model practice in the labor curriculum teaching in rural primary schools， and proposes rural primary schools in the new era. The optimized measures for the practice of the "first do and then guide" educational model in labor curriculum teaching provide reference for teachers and effectively improve the labor literacy of students in rural primary schools.

新时代背景下，人们的物质生活得到满足。同时，新兴的互联网等技术、电子媒体设备的普及能够有效地缩短城乡差距。“先做后导”教育模式实践的确能够为农村小学的学生带来不一样的收获，让农村的小学生能够意识到劳动的重要性，从而享受劳动，珍惜劳动成果。

农村小学劳动课程教学中的“先做后导”教育模式实践的重要性主要体现在以下几个方面。首先，“先做后导”教育模式是一种让学生先进行动手操作以后，教师再进行引导的教学模式。让农村的小学生能够通过动手操作来探索小学劳动课程的对象，激发小学生参与劳动课程的积极性，最终让学生在教师的引导下学习小学劳动课程。……
