【摘    要】教师为学生开展有关教学活动时，一定要依据所教学生的实际学情，从而展开具体的课程知识分析和整合工作，这样一来，才能够在实际的课堂教学工作中，达到有效的教学效果。为了更进一步完成相关的知识教学整合设计工作，教师就要结合实际的教学情况，切实有效地推动落实好相关的知识教学，让学困生形成一定的学习兴趣，切实有效地推动学困生的成长与发展。

Strategies for Increasing the Interests of Students with Learning Difficulties in Primary School Mathematics Teaching

【Abstract】When teachers carry out relevant teaching activities for students， they must carry out specific curriculum knowledge analysis and integration work according to the actual academic level of the students taught， so that they can be in the actual classroom teaching work to achieve effective teaching effects. In order to further complete the relevant knowledge teaching integration design work，teachers should combine the actual teaching situation to effectively promote the implementation of relevant knowledge teaching， so that students with learning difficulties can form a certain interest in learning， and effectively promote the growth and development of students with learning difficulties.

一、转变教学观念

在小学数学课程教学活动中，教师为了提高学困生的学习兴趣，就要转变教学观念。结合笔者的调查研究工作，教师更倾向于学习成绩较好的学生。出现这样的状况原因主要是由于执教者在教授优秀学生的时候不需要花费过多的言语来为学生解释知识，而且学生还会就具体的问题内容与教师之间展开讨论。这样一来，在实际的学习环境工作中能够形成良好的学习氛围。然而对于学困生来说，这些内容都是难以理解的，所以很多时候教师在教学的时候会觉得很无力，也有很多教师会放弃对学困生的教学工作。但教师应该要秉承这教书育人的观念，重视对学困生的教育工作，并在实际的学习活动和工作中，切实有效地利用好相关的教学材料和内容来给学生展开相关的教学工作。

教师想要在实际的教学活动中，达到理想的教学效果，就需要转变自身的教学观念，加强对于教师教学职业道德和素养方面的认识。……
