【摘    要】当前，我国的特殊教育事业正在快速发展，随班就读成为特殊学生实现教育公平的一项重要举措，特殊学生的学习诉求也不断得到了满足。为了保证其农村小学随班就读工作的有效性，教育者既要从组织机构中加以强化，针对随班就读学生的具体教学还需要不断提高，不断缩短他们与正常学生之间的差距，改善不良情绪，让他们拥有健康的心理，快乐地成长。

Exploration and Thinking on the Work of Learning in Regular Classes in Rural Primary Schools

【Abstract】At present， my country's special education is developing rapidly， and studying in regular classes has become an important measure for special students to achieve educational fairness， and the learning demands of special students have also been continuously met. In order to ensure the effectiveness of regular classes in rural primary schools， educators must not only strengthen the organizational structure， but also need to continuously improve the specific teaching for students in regular classes， and constantly shorten the gap between them and normal students， and improve the disadvantages. Emotions allow them to have a healthy mind and grow up happily.

一、建立健全机制，使随班就读工作实现系统化与制度化

农村学校开展随班就读工作，不仅需要设立相关的领导机构，做到有人抓、有人管、有人负责，设立领导小组，明确各成员具体分工，协同推动随班就读工作的顺利进行，使这一工作常态化运行得到保障。要通过建立健全制度，让随班就读的工作得以系统化开展，从而真正为一些特殊学生随班就读提供足够的保障，让他们能入学、上好学、读好书，拥有健康的心理。随班就读这一工作在组织机构和制度保障下，通过常规工作部署以及管理措施的制定，加强对教师的培训，形成网络式的运营机制。整个随班就读工作应凸显出有人负责、有人主抓、有人管理、有人教育的社会大格局，形成整个社会都能关心特殊儿童，让他们拥有均等的学习机会，得到公平教育的良好环境氛围。同时要切实完成每年的工作目标，教育者要落到实处，真正让每一个残疾儿童都能顺利接受义务教育，使他们静得下、留得住、学得好，把随班就读变成一种常态化、规范化的有效教育新形式。……
