摘 要：近几年来，随着教育体制的持续改革与创新，中职班主任在开展德育教育工作时，必须要重视教育模式与手段的多样化改革与创新。中职班主任要结合当前德育教育的现状与特点，以学生为中心与重点，不断优化德育教育方式与形式。其中约定法是一种有效的德育教育方法。本文主要对中职班主任德育教育工作中约定法应用的策略与方法进行研究，不断培养中职生优秀的综合素养，养成良好地生活习惯、学习习惯与优秀的言行举止，促进学生身心将康更好发展。

The Application of “Agreement” Method in the Moral Education Work of Class Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：In recent years， with the continuous reform and innovation of the education system， secondary vocational class teachers must pay attention to the diversified reform and innovation of educational models and methods when carrying out moral education work. Secondary vocational class teachers should combine the current status and characteristics of moral education， and with students as the center and focus， class teachers should continuously optimize the methods and forms of moral education. The contract method is an effective method of moral education. This article mainly studies the strategies and methods used in the moral education of secondary vocational class teachers in the application of the agreed method， and continuously cultivates the excellent comprehensive literacy of secondary vocational students， develops good living habits， learning habits and excellent behaviors， and promotes the better development of the students' physical and mental health.

在當前的品德教育过程中，约定法是一种能够对学生行为产生约束的教育形式，其是一种新兴的德育理念，且在我国的德育教育工作发挥着非常重要的作用与价值。中职班主任在开展德育教育活动时，可以结合德育教育的形式与内容，合理、科学的运用约定法来辅助与拓展德育教育工作途径。在约定法的应用下，中职学生的思维、能力、素养都能够得到更好地培养，帮助中职生逐渐养成良好的行为习惯、生活习惯以及学习习惯，引导中职生更加深刻地懂得做人的道理与为人处理的技巧，促进中职学生的未来发展更为全面且顺利。

1 分析中职班主任德育教育的具体局限与不足

目前，很多班主任在开展德育教育工作时，过分强调德育教育的针对性，过分重视理论性德育教育，导致德育教育过于刻意，中职生不仅学习的兴趣与积极性不高，而且学习德育知识的逆反心理和情绪也比较高，从根本上来讲，不利于德育教育工作效果与品质的有效提升。……
