摘 要：绿色交通强调交通与环境的和谐发展，强调社会的可持续发展。拉萨处于高原地区，生态环境脆弱，随着拉萨的不断发展，交通问题和其引起的环境问题日益凸显，对拉萨交通进行符合绿色交通理念的优化有着重要的意义。基于绿色交通的理念，对拉萨的交通特点进行概述，对朵森格路中段的交通状况进行详细分析，并对其提出规整慢行通道和以公共交通为主地位的潮汐车道等优化策略，为拉萨交通的绿色规划和优化提供参考。

Research on Lhasa Traffic Optimization Based on the Concept of Green Traffic

——Taking the Middle Section of Duosenge Road as an Example

Abstract：Green transportation emphasizes the harmonious development of transportation and the environment， and emphasizes the sustainable development of society. Lhasa is in a plateau area and the ecological environment is fragile. With the continuous development of Lhasa， traffic problems and the environmental problems caused by them have become increasingly prominent. It is of great significance to optimize Lhasa's transportation in line with the concept of green transportation. Based on the concept of green transportation， this paper summarizes the traffic characteristics of Lhasa， analyzes the traffic conditions in the middle section of Duosenge Road in detail， and proposes optimization strategies such as regular slow passages and tidal lanes with public transportation as the main status， to provide reference for green planning and optimization of Lhasa transportation.

1 引言

綠色交通理念是现代城市建设、城市发展、交通建设发展出现矛盾问题而衍生出的一种规划理念，主要指的是建设以减少城市交通拥堵、降低环境污染、促进社会发展为目标的城市综合交通系统[1]。拉萨市汽车保有量近年来快速增长，按照目前拉萨市户籍人口55万人计算，基本上平均每2个人就拥有一辆车，汽车正加速驶入高原平常人家，而汽车数量增加带来大量的尾气排放会对拉萨的环境造成严重的破坏[2]。拉萨快速增加的汽车数量会引起交通拥堵，同时排放大量尾气，造成污染环境，就亟需对拉萨实行基于绿色交通理念的交通优化。本文对拉萨交通的特点进行了分析，选取有代表性的朵森格路中段进行深入研究，提出了基于绿色理念的道路优化策略，以实现引导绿色出行、改善拉萨道路拥堵现状，实现拉萨交通健康发展。……
