摘要：教师队伍的综合素质提升对于学校教学质量提升，起到决定性作用。目前各地新建学校有一大批新教师走上教师工作岗位，新教师的培训及能力提升工作显得尤为重要。如何完善的教师培养模式。该文提出了借助“互联网+”构建的“工作助手式”网络培训模式。分别从课程选择、平台构建、平台运行效果等方面阐述了这一模式所具有投入成本低、针对性强、易于搭建、可复制性强的特点，以推动校本培训创新开展，达到持续提升教师综合素质的目的。

Abstract： The improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality plays a decisive role in the improvement of school teaching quality. At present， there are many new schools all over the country， and a large number of new teachers go to work as teachers. How to improve the teacher training mode. This paper proposes a network of job assistant mode based on "Internet +". The first mock exam is about the characteristics of the curriculum selection， platform construction and platform operation effect. It has the characteristics of low cost， strong pertinence， easy to build and replicability， so as to promote the innovation of school-based training and achieve the goal of continuously improving the overall quality of teachers.

1 概述

隨着互联网+、人工智能、大数据等信息技术对教育的促进作用越来越大，传统的教育理念、教学模式、教研内容等方面的变革展现出前所未有的发展态势。如何实现传统的教学与信息技术深度融合，探索教育领域中教学方法的重大变革对于提高教育教学质量，培养创新型人才有着深远的意义。2016年6月教育部印发了教育信息化“十三五”规划，指出要积极推进教育信息化，从而促进教育公平，提高教育质量。2018年4月教育部印发了《教育信息化2.0行动计划》，提出到2022年基本实现“三全两高一大”的发展目标。2019年2月，中共中央国务院印发《中国教育现代化2035》文件，从政策高度指出面向2035年教育信息化发展方向。这些有关教育信息化文件的出台，无不凸显在教育领域中的重要作用。
