摘 要：随着社会的不断发展，科技的不断进一步，社会对人才的要求越来越高，技工院校是培养技术技能型人才的重要职业院校。由于汽车行业发展形势良好，在很多地方的技工院校都开设了汽车维修专业，就读汽车维修专业的学生大多是男生，这给班级管理带来了一定困扰。笔者从事技工院校汽车维修专业班级管理工作多年，在文章中针对男生特点出发，对汽车维修专业班级管理进行了简单介绍。

Analysis on Class Management of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in Technical Colleges

Abstract：With the continuous development of society and the continuous advancement of science and technology， the society has higher and higher requirements for talents. Technical colleges are important vocational colleges for training technical skills. Due to the good development of the automobile industry， many technical colleges and universities have opened automobile maintenance majors. Most of the students studying in the automobile maintenance major are boys， which brings some trouble to class management. The author has been engaged in class management of automobile maintenance in technical colleges for many years. In the article， based on the characteristics of male students， the author gives an introduction to class management of automobile maintenance.

1 技工院校汽车维修专业学生特点

1.男女比例不均衡。汽车专业培养适应现代汽车行业发展，掌握汽车构造与原理、汽车电器设备、汽车检测设备使用、汽车故障诊断等多方面的汽车基础知识，熟练掌握各种汽车检测设备的使用及整车的检测流程，具备汽车检测专业较高的操作技能和技术指导技师。汽车专业也是教育部技能紧缺人才中的重要种类之一。因为汽车专业的特殊性，因此大多数的男同学会选择学习汽车专业，这样就造成许多汽车专业班级学生的男女比例极其不均衡。这样在进行班级管理的过程当中就要针对班级特点进行有效的管理方法。

2.学生学习主动性差。汽车专业大多数的同学为男同学，因此，在学习上，许多男同学的积极主动性较差，而且大多数的男同学正处于青春期，大多数的学生都十分的贪玩，在功课上并不是特别的认真。整体来说，整个的学习氛围较差，学生的学习主动性差。……
