摘 要：伴随着国内汽车行业的迅速崛起，汽车行业对于理论基础扎实、实践操作强的应用型人才的需求量在逐年上升。国家与高校为了满足当前市场发展的需求，把现代学徒制引入到高校的汽车检测与维修技术专业中，以此来提高该专业的人才综合能力和专业水平。但是在具体的实践过程中发现其中存在着诸多问题，导致现代学徒制未能够在汽车检测与维修技术专业中发挥出人才培养应有的作用与价值。文中简要论述了现代学徒制应用下汽车检测与维修技术专业的现状，并通过不同的层面给出了一些有效的策略，旨在提高汽车检测与维修技术专业学生的核心竞争力。

On the Training of Talents Majoring in Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology under the Application of Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract：With the rapid rise of the domestic automobile industry， the demand for applied talents with a solid theoretical foundation and strong practical operation in the automobile industry is increasing year by year. In order to meet the needs of the current market development， the state and colleges and universities have introduced modern apprenticeship into the automobile inspection and maintenance technology majors of colleges and universities， so as to improve the comprehensive ability and professional level of talents in this major. However， many problems were found in the actual practice process， which caused the modern apprenticeship system to fail to play its due role and value in the field of automobile inspection and maintenance technology. The article briefly discusses the current situation of automobile inspection and maintenance technology under the application of modern apprenticeship， and gives some effective strategies through different levels， aiming to improve the core competitiveness of automobile inspection and maintenance technology students.

1 引言

现代学徒制（Modern apprenticeship），所谓的现代学徒制就是教育部与国务院教育总局在2016年6月推出的“如何实现产教融合，提高校企合作频率，改善和优化现有的高校育才机制”的新型人才培养体系。和其他的高校育才模式相比，现代学徒制能够利用“双导师”的优势，学到更多的专业理论内容和实践操作技巧，而且还可以帮助专业内的学生解决就业问题。因此现代学徒制在一经推出之后就在国内的高校中迅速扩散。此外，现代学徒制也有其独特的优势：首先，推行现代学徒制可以让高校的专业教学与企业的产业化发展进行无缝对接，教学内容上也可以按照最新的职业标准与企业发展需要进行对接。……
