摘 要：构建汽车制造企业绿色发展信息披露水平评价指标体系，考察整車制造企业2018-2019年度公开披露信息，量化评估汽车企业绿色发展水平及信息披露程度。结果表明：我国大多数汽车企业的绿色发展信息披露机制处于起步阶段，披露缺乏科学规范的理论指导。汽车企业绿色发展信息披露的意识还有待提高，各系别车企整体披露水平差异明显，企业更倾向于披露定性信息。

Research on Status Quo of Information Disclosure Level of Green Development of Automobile Enterprises

Abstract：Constructing an evaluation index system for the green development information disclosure level of automobile manufacturing enterprises， inspecting the public disclosure information of vehicle manufacturers in 2018-2019， and quantitatively assessing the level of green development and information disclosure of automobile enterprises are the purposes of this article. The results show that the green development information disclosure mechanism of most Chinese auto companies is in its infancy， and disclosure lacks scientific and standardized theoretical guidance. The awareness of green development information disclosure of auto companies needs to be improved. The overall level of disclosure of various auto companies is significantly different， and companies are more inclined to disclose qualitative information.

我国近年开始重视环境信息披露问题，出台了一系列相关的法律法规，推动政府和企业的环境信息公开。2008年5月1日起同时实施的国务院《政府信息公开条例》和环保部《环境信息公开办法（试行）》是我国环境信息公开的主要法律依据，标志着我国较全面的环境信息依法公开新阶段的开始[1]。国务院和环保部一方面对重污染行业企业的环境信息披露提出了要求，另一方面明确了地方政府公开环境信息和监管企业环境信息披露的责任。

环境信息披露体系的完善，有利于上市公司改进自身技术，从而达到节约资源、保护环境的目的。国家环保总局先后在2008年颁布《环境信息公开办法》、2010年颁布《上市公司环境信息披露指南》、2015年国务院又发布《生态文明体制改革总体方案》，这一系列法规的出台旨在推进重污染行业上市公司环境信息公开[2，3]我国新修订的《环境保护法》明确重点排污单位强制公开环境信息的义务，是对该项制度的创新发展[4]。……
