【摘  要】企业的科技成果转换为技术标准能够推动企业生产力的发展和企业生产模式的改进。但需要说明的是，企业的科技成果向技术标准转化的过程较为复杂，需要进行科学合理的梳理和分析。一旦企业的相关科技成果转化为技术标准，便能够帮助企业进行产业升级，这对提升企业的核心竞争力、使企业成为带动该领域日常生产模式改进与发展的领跑者能够起到促进作用。

【Abstract】The transformation of scientific and technological achievements of enterprises into technological standards can promote the development of enterprises' productivity and the improvement of enterprises' production mode. However， it should be noted that the process of transformation from enterprises' scientific and technological achievements to technological standards is relatively complex， which needs to be scientifically and reasonably combed and analyzed. Once the relevant scientific and technological achievements of enterprises can be transformed into technological standards， it can help enterprises to upgrade the industry， which can play a facilitating role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and making enterprises become leaders in promoting the improvement and development of daily production mode in this field.

1 引言

由于科学技术的不断发展，现阶段企业科技成果转化为技术标准的速率也在不断地加快。对于企业而言，如果能够拥有较为先进的技术标准，那么其在日常的市场竞争中就能够更具优势。就现阶段而言，企业科技成果转化为技术标准的模式研成为相应研究者的重点观察对象。但有关研究毕竟尚未成体系，倘若能够对相关转化模式进一步深入了解与分析，或许能够在未来使得相应科技成果转化的质量与效率获得进一步的提升。

2 科技成果概述

想要使得企业科技成果能够较为顺利地转化为技术标准，首先要对科技成果的概念有一个全面的认知。所谓的科技成果含义较为广泛，由于不同的科技成果能够起到的社会功用有较大的不同，因此，从社会功用的层面来对科技成果进行划分，企业的科技成果可以被划分为基础公益类的、共性技术类的和专有技术类的科技成果。……
