【摘  要】科技创新资源服务产业园区作为国家创新体系建设环节中的重要组成部分，企业对于科技创新的态度和行为决定了我国科技创新发展的速度。论文探讨了关于科技创新产业园在创新和成果转化方面的影响因素和相关对策，为相关的科技产业园区提供经验借鉴。

【Abstract】Scientific and technological innovation resource service industrial park is an important part of the construction of national innovation system. The attitude and behavior of enterprises to scientific and technological innovation determine the development speed of scientific and technological innovation in China. This paper discusses the influencing factors and relevant countermeasures in innovation and achievement transformation of scientific and technological innovation industrial parks， providing experience and reference for relevant science and technology industrial parks.

1 引言

随着经济全球化的发展，区域经济整合发展，知识、信息、技术发展成为企业在创新发展中的核心竞争力。世界各国为了增强自己国家的综合竞争力开始注重科技创新，加速成果转化。为此，各类科技创新产业园区开始蓬勃发展。

自20世纪50年代以来，科技创新园区的建立极大地促进了技术创新，为世界各国的技术发展提供了巨大支持。以美国硅谷为例，美国硅谷的建立为美国所带来的强大的技术创新以及经济竞争力促使了美国在北卡罗来纳三角研究公园等超过300多个科技园区的建立，进而促使了美国科技的進一步发展，形成良性循环，这为美国成为世界强国提供了强有力的技术支持。

中国于1988年正式成立国内第一个高新技术产业园区——中关村，自此开始了中国高新技术产业的飞速发展。中关村科技园经过短短30多年的发展，从最初的“电子一条街”演变为现在聚集国内外各大高新技术企业，形成了下一代互联网、移动互联网和新一代移动通信、卫星应用、生物和健康、节能环保、轨道交通等六大优势产业集群。……
