【摘  要】在我国全面建设社会主义过程中，企业的作用是无可替代的。随着经济的迅速发展，企业的压力越来越大，因此，对企业进行成本控制，提高经济效益是非常有必要的。在企业管理过程中运用科学的成本核算以及管理策略，并意识到成本管理对企业发展的重要作用，以把握好企业的资金流动变化，为企业未来发展作好铺垫工作。论文通过分析成本控制的重要性，探究相应的运用方式。

【Abstract】In the process of building socialism in an all-round way in China， the role of enterprises is irreplaceable. With the rapid development of economy， enterprises are under increasing pressure. Therefore， it is very necessary to control the cost of enterprises and improve economic benefits. In the process of enterprise management， we should use scientific cost accounting and management strategies， and realize the important role of cost management in the development of enterprises， so as to grasp the change of the capital flow of enterprises and pave the way for the future development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the importance of cost control and explores the corresponding application methods.

1 引言

现阶段，我国市场环境不仅宽松，而且能够保持一定的规范化水平，现代企业也得到了进一步的发展，一些处于初级起步阶段的中小型企业可以进一步拓展市场以及扩大经济规模。在重视外部经营的同时，内部管理工作得到了人们的充分重视，领导人员应从生产、政治思想、财务等多个角度展开建设工作，以保证管理工作的正常开展。

2 企业成本控制概念分析

在企业发展过程中，成本的控制需要根据其最初设定的成本控制、管理目标、生产成本以及造成成本变动的各个因素进行控制，进而实现对整个运营成本的控制。从广义的角度进行分析，企业成本管理控制需要涉及企业内部所有的经营、管理活动。从狭义的角度进行分析，成本的控制需要完成最初的限定额度目标。

3 成本控制在企业管理中的作用分析

3.1 促进企业经济效益的发展和实现

现阶段，企业在经营管理过程中，成本管理是非常重要的管理手段，对成本的控制管理，则是企业发展的关键所在，所以，企业需要做好成本管理、控制工作，来降低、减少企业发展过程中可能遇到的资金风险。……
