摘要 课程思政是新时代大思政背景下的创新教育新理念，“在线平台+翻轉课堂”教学模式已逐渐成为一种新的教学常态，因此探讨该教学模式下的课程思政实施方法具有广泛的应用价值。研究东北林业大学的“超星平台+翻转课堂”教学模式，发现其单元教学实施主要分为3个阶段，提出基于3个阶段的思政设计思路，并对人因工程学进行了实践。通过调查人因工程学的课程思政实施效果，发现整体上实施效果较好，实现了“知识传授”和“价值引领”的有机融合;对部分同学实施效果不理想的现象进行了分析，并提出了相应措施。

Abstract Ideological and political course is a new concept of innovative education under the background of great ideology and politics in the new era. The teaching mode of “online platform + flipped classroom” has gradually become a new teaching normality. Therefore，it has a wide range of application value to explore the implementation methods of ideological and political education course in this teaching mode. Through studying the teaching mode of “Superstar platform + flipped classroom” in Northeast Forestry University， it was concluded that the implementation of unit teaching was mainly divided into three stages. Based on the three stages， we put forward the idea of ideological and political design， and practiced human factors engineering. Through the investigation on the implementation effect of ideological and political education course of human factor engineering， it was concluded that the overall implementation effect was better， the organic integration of “knowledge imparting” and “value leading” was realized. This paper analyzed the phenomenon that some students implementation effect was not ideal， and put forward the corresponding measures.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展的新局面”[1-2]。课程思政是新时代大思政背景下的创新教育新理念[3-4]。随着信息技术的高速发展，各种在线平台迅速崛起，如爱课程、超星平台、智慧树和雨课堂等[5-7]，“在线教学+翻转课堂”正在逐渐取代传统课堂[8-9]，成为一种新的教学常态。在此形势下，探讨“在线教学+翻转课堂”教学模式下课程思政的实施方法具有一定的现实意义。笔者分析了东北林业大学在线平台的现状，并对“超星平台+翻转课堂”教学模式实施课程思政的方法进行了探索与实践。……
