摘要 新疆农业大学动物科学学院在校企合作中根据实践教学的需要进行了一系列改革，包括校企共同建设实践教学基地、校企共同承担实践教学、利用实践教学基地开展各种专业技能大赛、加强“双师型教师”队伍建设、以市场为导向深化校企合作等。通过几年的改革取得了一定的成效，提高了应用型人才的培养质量。在分析应用型本科院校实践教学中存在问题的基础上，以新疆农业大学动物科学学院为例，对动物科学专业校企合作实践教学进行了探索。

Abstract College of Animal Science in Xinjiang Agricultural University has carried out a series of reforms according to the needs of practical teaching in the schoolenterprise cooperation， including schoolenterprise joint construction of practice teaching base， jointly undertaking practical teaching of schools and enterprises， carrying out various professional skill competitions in practical teaching base，strengthening the construction of “double teacher” team， and deepening the schoolenterprise cooperation guided by the market.Through the reform in recent years， certain effects have been achieved， and the training quality of applied talent has been improved. Based on analyzing the existing problems in practical teaching in applied undergraduate colleges， this paper took College of Animal Science in Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example， explored the schoolenterprise cooperative practical teaching of animal science specialty.

隨着产业技术的升级和供给侧改革的深入，企业亟需大批应用型专门人才，这种需求要求应用型本科院校要培养动手能力强、具备扎实专业理论基础的复合型专业人才，为地方经济建设服务。新疆农业大学本科教育定位为应用型本科人才教育，如何适应市场需求，提高应用型本科人才的培养质量是学校面临的迫切问题。加强学生实践能力的培养，已经成为所有层次高校教育的共识。基于新疆农业大学“理论联系实践，教学结合生产”的办学方针，新疆农业大学动物科学学院多年来十分重视以校企合作为主要形式的实践教学，始终将实践教学作为教育的核心及办学立足点，积累了很多宝贵的经验，也取得了一定的成效。笔者在分析应用型本科院校实践教学中存在问题的基础上，以新疆农业大学动物科学学院为例，对动物科学专业校企合作实践教学进行了探索。……
