摘要探索辅导员与专业教师协同，共同促进创新创业教育。通过系列措施保障学生科创实践，诸如清晰条块管理、成立科创工作室、协调负责科创工作统筹；引进科创相关讲座、带领学生外出参观行业、观摩及参加科创比赛等。通过辅导员与专业教师协同，全程指导学生参加创新创业实践，提升学生的创新思维、创新能力及创新创业的精神，从而提升学生综合素质，促使学生全面成才。

Exploration on Collaborative Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education between Counselors and Professional Teachers

AbstractExplore the collaboration between counselors and professional teachers to jointly promote innovation and entrepreneurship education. Ensure students’ scientific innovation practice through a series of measures， such as clear management， establishment of scientific innovation studio， coordination and overall planning of scientific innovation work； Introduce lectures related to science and innovation， lead students to visit the industry， observe and participate in science and innovation competitions， etc. Through the cooperation of counselors and professional teachers， guide students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship practice in the whole process， improve students’ innovative thinking， innovative ability and innovative and entrepreneurial spirit， so as to improve students’ comprehensive quality and promote students to become talents in an all-round way.

1工作背景与问题

教育部中国高等教育质量革命2.0计划，印发的《关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》，对本科教育教学管理工作做出部署，推动“学生忙起来、教师强起来、管理严起来、效果实起来”。

上海教育系统深入贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议的讲话精神，推进“三圈三全十育人”，利用课堂育人的主渠道，深化以思政课为核心的课程思政教育教学改革。[1]逐步形成以思想政治理论课为核心，以“中国系列”思政选修课为拓展，以综合素养课为支撑，以专业教育课为辐射的思想政治教育课程体系，使所有课程都有育人功能，所有教师都承担育人使命。

2协同育人的必要性

辅导员是高校思想政治工作队伍中的一支专门力量，是大学生思想政治教育工作一线的教师，担负着高校学生思想政治工作中的重要任务。作为教育者、管理者，高校辅导员需提高思想政治教育的实效性。……
