摘要新农科建设的提出对本科人才实践教学提出了新要求，在充满机遇的同时也面临着挑战。动物医学是一门实践性很强的专业，在转型发展的大背景下，提升该专业学生实践及应用操作能力是一项重要且刻不容缓的任务，然而目前实践教学效果并不理想，本文对影响动物医学专业实践教学效果的几点原因进行了分析，并提出了改革建议，旨在为提高动物医学专业实践教学质量提供参考。

Analysis of the Reasons Influencing the Practical Teaching Effect of Venterinary Medicine and Suggestions for Reform

AbstractThe construction of new agricultural science has brought a favorable policy environment， and at the same time，it has put forward new requirements for the practical teaching of undergraduate talents， which is full of opportunities and also faces challenges. Animal medicine is a practical major， in the context of transformation of development， promote the students’ practice and application of operating ability is an important and urgent task， however， at present， the practical teaching effect is not good. In this paper， several factors which influent venterinary medicine practice teaching effect are analyzed， and put forward the reform suggestions， aims to provide reference to improve the quality of venterinary medicine practical teaching.

本科实践教学包括专业类实验、专业类实训、专业类实习、科研与创新创业训练，[1]培养应用型本科人才更加强调专业知识和专业技能的有效结合，而实践教学环节是高校培养应用型本科人才的关键部分。

新形势下，对农场动物疫病防控的水平和能力，对伴侣动物疾病的临床诊疗水平和能力，[2，3]维护公共卫生和生态环境安全的能力等都提出了更高的要求，动物医学专业的建设必须紧扣社会发展，紧跟行业变化，培养的动物医学人才要能更好的符合社会提出的新要求。而实践教学效果的好坏直接影响学生对专业的热爱，影响其继续深造的意愿。同时，实践经验不足会削弱学生的就业竞争力，进一步影响专业的发展。因此，提高实践教学质量是促进专业发展的重要内容，也是为畜牧行业培育优质人才的必经之路。
