摘要高校第二课堂从提出到推广应用历经将近40年的发展，对丰富学生的社会实践起到积极的作用，但在实践中也存在着不足，制约了第二课堂效能的进一步发挥。本研究通过分析高校第二课堂的发展现状和从国家、高校、教师、学生、用人单位五个不同层面对第二课堂发展的影响因素进行分析，寻找有效的发展策略。研究结果表明第二课堂应该进行战略性的重构策略，将第一课堂与第二课堂高度有机融合，更好地发挥第二课堂的作用，以适应新时代的社会发展需要。

Research on the Development and Reconstruction Strategy of the Second Classroom in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

AbstractAfter nearly 40 years of development， the second classroom in colleges and universities has played a positive role in enriching students’ social practice， but there are also deficiencies in practice， which restricts the further exertion of the efficiency of the second classroom. This study analyzes the development status of the second classroom in colleges and universities and the influencing factors of the second classroom development from five different levels： the state， colleges and universities， teachers，students and employers，so as to find effective development strategies. The results show that the second classroom should carry out strategic reconstruction strategy， highly organically integrate the first classroom and the second classroom， and give better play to the role of the second classroom， so as to meet the needs of social development in the new era.

1高校第二课堂的发展现状

高校教育模式在传统上是在教学计划内根据教材和教学大纲在课堂传授理论知识。长久以来这种模式已经根植于普罗大众的观念里，被称为“第一课堂”。但自从教育家朱九思、蔡克勇和姚启和在1983年出版的著作《高等学校管理》里提出了高校教育的“第二课堂”的概念后，打破了大众对高校传统教育模式的认知概念，其含义是指在教学计划之外，由学校引导和组织学生所开展各种有意义的、有益于身心健康的课外活动。[1]這种课外活动的范围包括校内和校外，但主要在校内。活动的丰富性强，有政治性的、学术性的、知识性的、健身性的、娱乐性的、公益性的以及有酬性的活动等方面。
