【摘要】资助育人工作是高校学生管理“十大育人”体系之一，同时资助工作又是贫困学生顺利完成学业的护航与灯火，因此有效做好资助育人工作就是夯实了新时代本科教育的基础工程，做好了堡垒的基石。民办大学受办学体制的约束，学生需受资助比重较高，因此做好民办大学资助育人工作的精细化管理就是保证“助学、筑梦、铸人”工作的顺利开展，本文以宁夏理工学院资助育人工作为例，深入分析总结了以“学工魔方”信息技术为抓手的资助工作的精细化管理的体系构建，为加强民办大学资助育人工作提供参考。

Abstract： Subsidizing education is one of the ‘top ten education’ systems of college student management. At the same time， subsidizing work is the escort and light for poor students to successfully complete their studies. Therefore， effectively doing subsidizing education is to consolidate the basic project of undergraduate education in the new era and the cornerstone of the fortress. Private universities are constrained by the school running system， and students need to be funded in a high proportion. Therefore， doing a good job in the fine management of private university funded education is to ensure the smooth development of the work of ‘assisting students， building dreams and casting people’. Taking the funded education of Ningxia Institute of science and technology as an example， this paper deeply analyzes and summarizes the "magic cube of learning and Engineering" Information technology is the focus of the construction of the fine management system of funding work， which provides a reference for strengthening the funding and education of private universities.

中共教育部党组印发教党〔2017〕62号文件《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》提出了资助育人质量提升体系工作，因此进一步健全学生资助制度，大力推进精准资助和资助育人是新时代高校学生管理重要工作之一[1]，同时新时代如何公开、公正推进资助工作开展也已成为当前社 会重点关注的热点问题，如何让高校资助体系发挥最大职能，让更多贫困学生顺利完成学业也已成为当前需解决的时代课题。
