摘要：在汽车修理的过程中最常见的是钳工技能，钳工技能的主要特点是简单，并且容易操作，在汽车修理方面的应用范围较广，尽管钳工技能的实用程度已经得到认可，但是在实际的训练中还没有的得到充分的重视，在汽车修理工作的过程中缺少更加灵活的修理方式。本文将对钳工技能进行分析，通过辨析钳工技能训练和汽车修理之间的关系，强调鉗工技能在汽车修理中的重要性，希望可以为汽车修理的工作人员提供新的思路。

Abstract： Fitter skills are the most common in the process of automobile repair. The main characteristics of fitter skills are simple and easy to operate. They are widely used in automobile repair. Although the practical degree of fitter skills has been recognized， they have not been paid enough attention in practical training， In the process of automobile repair， there is a lack of more flexible repair methods. This paper will analyze the fitter skills， analyze the relationship between fitter skills training and automobile repair， and emphasize the importance of fitter skills in automobile repair， hoping to provide new ideas for automobile repair staff.

0  引言

工业化的深入发展和汽车数量的增多，使得汽车相关行业的工作越来越多，钳工作为主要的机械维修技能，成为汽车维修中的主要技术，如今大量的汽车维修学校中已经开始设立钳工技能教学，汽车维修企业也开始为员工培训钳工技能。由于钳工技能出现的时间较晚，大部分的汽车维修企业还没有能力实现全钳工维修。随着机械加工的进一步发展，生产的过程不断简化，在钳工行业中也出现不同的分类，钳工需要适应不同的工作需要，本文将进一步明确钳工技能与汽车维修之间的关系，并且强化钳工技能的重要性。
