摘 要：食品安全是社会健康发展的前提和保障，其中，高校食堂的食品安全管理工作关乎每一位学生的身体健康甚至生命安全，因此高校必须采取先进、科学的食堂食品安全管理办法，以维护学校正常的管理秩序，保障师生的身心健康。在我国高校食堂食品安全管理中，还存在一些问题有待完善和解决，本文对其相关内容进行探讨，并提出了相应的对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Management Methods in University Canteens

Abstract： Food safety is the premise and guarantee for the healthy development of society. Among them， the food safety management of university canteen is related to the health and even life safety of every student. Therefore， colleges and universities must adopt advanced and scientific canteen food safety management methods to maintain the normal management order of the school and ensure the physical and mental health of teachers and students. In the food safety management of University canteens in China， there are still some problems to be improved and solved. This paper discusses he relevant contents and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

新时期高校管理工作面临诸多新的挑战，食堂食品安全管理也应与时俱进，采取科学有效的解决办法，提高食堂食品安全管理能力和水平，为高校师生身心健康发展创造良好的食品安全环境。虽然在全社会的共同关注及相关政策规定的管理下，高校食堂食品安全管理工作的整体水平不断提高，但许多高校在食堂食品安全管理方面还存在着管理人员安全意识淡薄、管理体制不完善、卫生状况不容乐观等多种问题，因此，新时期的高校食堂食品安全管理者还应加强重视，完善食堂食品安全管理体系。

1 高校食堂食品安全管理的必要性与迫切性

食堂为高校全体师生提供生活基础和保障，在社会经济快速发展的背景下，高校建设规模不断扩大，招收人数越来越多，与此同时食堂的建设规模也越来越大，饮食品种多样，进一步满足了广大师生群体对于饮食多样化、健康化的需求。同时，高校食堂对相关从业人员的服务能力及专业水平也提出了更高的要求，尤其是高校食堂的食品安全管理工作人员，其工作内容关系到广大师生的饮食健康与安全，对于高校的和谐稳定发挥着不可忽视的重要作用。……
