摘 要：近年来，随着化学农药的大量使用和进出口食用农产品数量的增多，农药残留的现象时有发生，危害人们的生命安全。因此，加强对食用农产品中农药残留的检测是保护食品安全的重要环节，加强对科学检测方法的研究和加大对食用农产品的检测力度十分重要。QuEChERS方法以其独特的优势成为当前农药残留检测的常用方法。本文以QuEChERS方法的技术优势为切入点，对其在农药残留检测的应用领域展开研究，为后续进一步的推广提供参考。

Application and Research of QuEChERS Technique in Pesticide Residue Detection of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract： In recent years， with the extensive use of chemical pesticides and the increase of import and export edible agricultural products， pesticide residues often occur， which will endanger people's life safety. Therefore， strengthening the detection of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products is an important link to protect food safety. It is very important to strengthen the research of scientific detection methods and the detection of edible agricultural products. With its unique advantages， QuEChERS method has become a common treatment method before pesticide residue detection. In this paper， the application of QuEChERS method in pesticide residue detection was studied based on the technical advantages of QuEChERS method itself， to provide reference for further promotion.

在農产品生长过程中不可避免的会使用农药，农产品或者土壤因为长期接触农药而出现部分农药残留其中的情况，农产品因为接近农药而自身出现具有毒性的杂质、代谢物及反应物，这些统称为农药残留。近年来，人们对食品安全问题的关注度日渐提高。目前，农产品的农药检测任务繁重，构建起更为高效可靠的食用农产品农药残留检测体系对于避免农药危害、推动农药残留检测技术的发展有着重要作用，也为维护食品安全、促进社会和谐发展具有重要的现实意义。

1 农药残留检测现状

目前，国际上规定农药残留限量的标准众多，我国作为农药生产和使用大国，针对农药残留的标准设置相对较少，无法满足当前农药残留的控制需求。农药的使用不合理使得人们的食品安全难以得到保障，威胁人们的生命健康，而且也极大地制约了我国农产品的出口贸易。……
