摘 要：为了让“勤俭节约”的传统美德在中职学生中得以继承和发扬，杜绝舌尖上的浪费，很多中职校都开展了“光盘行动”，但收效甚微，餐饮浪费的现象仍然随处可见。本文针对中职生餐饮浪费现象进行了深入全面地调查，分析浪费产生的根源，并就减少餐饮浪费提出若干建议，具有一定的借鉴意义。

Study on the Current Situation， Causes and Coping Strategies of Secondary Vocational Students' Food Waste

Abstract： In order to inherit and carry forward the traditional virtue of "diligence and thrift" among secondary vocational school students and put an end to the waste on the tongue， many secondary vocational schools have carried out the "Clean Your Plate Campaign"， but with little effect， the phenomenon of food waste is still everywhere. This article has carried on the thorough and comprehensive investigation to the secondary vocational students’ food waste phenomenon， analyzed the root of the waste， and put forward some suggestions on reducing the food waste， which has a certain reference significance.

1 研究背景

伴随着社会整体生活水平的大幅度提升，人们的餐饮消费理念发生了结构性变化，节约意识日益淡薄，食物的浪费现象频发，而这种浪费在中职学校食堂内更是普遍存在，且有进一步加剧蔓延之势。面对浪费现象，很多学生不以为然，甚至有部分学生面对浪费不以为耻，反以为荣。全国政协委员、华中科技大学教授郑楚光曾进行过推算：我国各类学校、单位规模以上集体食堂每年至少倒掉了一年可养活3 000万人的食物，这一数据，让人触目惊心。

为从根本上杜绝粮食浪费，党的十八大就构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会明确了总体要求，并高屋建瓴地提出了“保障国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给”的战略部署。2020年8月11日，习近平作出重要指示强调，坚决制止餐饮浪费行为，切实培养节约习惯，在全社会营造浪费可耻，节约为荣的氛围。中职学生是社会公序良俗的积极践行者和重要推动力量，其粮食浪费行为备受社会关注，有必要对其餐饮浪费行为进行客观调查的分析。……
