摘要科技创新教育的春风吹向了随县，将科技创新的种子植根于乡村孩子的心田，让学生体验到科技改变生活。笔者精心组织全校师生开展“五进”科普日活动，始终把贫困群众和青少年群体科普作为重中之重，整合社会力量，强化宣传，加快和推进了农村科普服务均等化和科普资源共享共建步伐，让科普融入学生心灵，融入农村寻常百姓的生活。

Take the Seed of Scientific and Technological Innovation into Children’s Heart

Abstract： The spring breeze of science and technology innovation education is blowing to Suixian county. The seeds of science and technology innovation are rooted in the hearts of rural children， so that students can experience that science and technology can change their lives. The author meticulously organized all the teach？ ers and students to carry out the "five in" science popularization day， always put the poor and young people’s science popularization as the top priority， integrated social forces， strengthened publicity， accelerated and promot？ ed the equalization of rural science popularization services and the sharing and co construction of science popu？ larization resources， so as to integrate science popularization into the hearts of students and the lives of ordi？ nary people in rural areas.

我所在的学校——净明小学位于农耕文明发源地炎帝神农故里随州市随县净明铺村，是一所普通却又不平凡的农村寄宿制村级小学。说它普通，是因为它跟许多乡村小学一样，条件比较落后，学校只有16名教师、265名学生；说它不平凡，是因为自从践行青少年科技创新教育以来，学校发生了翻天覆地的变化，饱含着科技创新的生机与活力。作为一名党员、一名执着于乡村教育28年的科学老师，我的梦想是将科技创新的种子植根于乡村孩子的心田。

严律己，苦钻研，勤读书

自1993年走上教师工作岗位后，我一直严于克己和勤奋刻苦，始终相信教育的目的就是让每一个生命都精彩绝伦、如花绽放。我希望看到学生脸上幸福满足的笑容，一心想要探索适合学生发展需要的集“快乐学习、全面素质提高、健全人格形成”于一体的教育。从那时起，我沉下心来读书，稳下心来研究，專下心来丰盈自己。

书山有路勤为径，我反复研读专业书籍，将学到的教育理论内化于心，创造性地运用于自己的教学实践；……
