摘要“互联网+”背景下，高职院校构建适合学校发展的教务管理信息化体系至关重要。本文通过分析现有高职院校教务管理信息化体系存在的问题，确定“互联网+”背景下优化教务管理信息化体系的构建原则，提出构建基于“互联网+”的教务管理信息化体系包括设施子系统、支持子系统和应用子系统三个方面的内容。通过完善组织机构、制度体系、教务管理信息平台建设、信息技术手段和信息反馈机制得以实现。

Research on the Construction of Educational Administration Information System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "Internet plus"

AbstractUnder the background of "Internet plus"， it is very important for higher vocational colleges to construct educational administration information system suitable for school development. By analyzing the problems of the educational administration information system in the existing vocational colleges， this paper determines the principles of optimizing the educational administration information system under the background of "Internet plus"， and proposes thattheconstruction of educationaladministration informationsystem basedontheInternet plus includes threeaspects： the subsystem of the facilities， the subsystem of the support and the application subsystem. It should achieve through the improvement of organization， system， educational administration information platform construction， information technology means and information feedback mechanism.

教務管理在高等学校管理中占有特别重要的地位，它主要的工作内容涉及学校的每一位师生，它的效率和准确性直接关系到学校教学的正常开展与否。近年来，随着高职院校的招生规模的不断扩大以及“互联网+”背景下我国教育现代化的建设速度不断加快，高职院校的服务对象不断增多，服务内容也不断增加，教务管理工作内容和方法也有了前所未有的挑战。面对挑战，高职院校如何有效利用信息化和网络化手段提高教务管理效率，优化或改善现有的教务管理模式，构建完善的教务管理信息化体系，提高教务管理质量和水平，促进教学和人才培养，已成为高职院校发展过程中亟待解决的关键问题之一。
