摘要本文介绍结合生物技术专业特点推进生物技术与疾病诊断课程思政的建设，重点探讨如何立足专业特色转换教学思路，以专业课程教学为前提进行家国情怀及使命担当、服务地方生物医疗卫生事业、遵守职业道德等思政元素挖掘，在课程教学的专业知传授中结合课程思政元素的经验与体会，以期为相关专业课程思政建设提供一些思路和参考。

AbstractThis paper introduces how to promote the ideological and political construction of biotechnology and disease diagnosis course in combination with the characteristics of biotechnology specialty， and focuses on how to change teaching ideas based on professional characteristics， and excavate ideological and political elements such as family and country feelings and mission taking， serving local biological medical and health affairs and abiding by professional ethics on the premise of professional course teaching.In the professional knowledge teaching of curriculum teaching，combined with the experience and experience of Ideological and political elements of the curriculum， in order to provide some ideas and references for the ideological and political construction of relevant professional courses.

贵州医科大学生物与工程学院立足贵州培养能服务地方生物医疗卫生事业、投身区域生物医药经济建设的高素质应用型生物技术专业人才，重点传授生命科学基础知识和实验技能，积极拓展和开发学生的实践能力、创新创业能力。生物技术与疾病诊断是生物技术专业的重要课程，着重介绍分子生物学在医学领域的应用及基本原理、基本策略和方法，分子生物与基础医学、临床医学多学科交叉渗透，使得教学内容与临床实际联系密切。课程组以党的教育方针为导向，基于生物技术专业人才培养目标设定本门课程的教学目标，课程教学中教师关注教学方法与手段的改进，将SPOC平台、“雨课堂”智慧教学等现代化教学工具引入课堂，信息技术、教育教学的融合使本专业学生有较好的课堂体验感和学习获得，希望在未来的教学中将课堂教学境界从silence的课堂现状提升至answer，甚至dialogue、critical、debate。……
