摘要开展课程思政建设是推动教学改革、实现高质量人才培养目标的根本要求。文章主要介绍了课程组近年来立足于医学微生物学课程特点进行的课程思政教学实践和探索，包括提高教师课程思政意识和能力、挖掘课程思政元素、优化实践路径，健全评价体系等内容。

Exploration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Medical Microbiology Course

AbstractCarrying out the curriculum ideological and political education is the fundamental requirement to promote the teaching reform and achieve the goal of high-quality personnel training. In recent years， we have carried out the exploration of ideological and political teaching based on the characteristics of medical microbiology course. This paper mainly introduces our exploration of ideological and political education based on the characteristics of medical microbiology course in recent years. Thecontent includes improving ideological andpolitical education awareness and ability of teachers， excavating the ideological and political elements， optimizing the practice path， improving the evaluation system.

高等医学教育的任务是培养满足社会发展需要的卫生人才。医学生不仅要具备扎实的专业知识和技能，还有具备高尚的职业道德风尚。习近平总书记强调，“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人”。[1]课程思政旨在将思想政治教育有机融入各门课程的教学之中，实现知识传授与价值引领的有机结合。

医学微生物学课程学生覆盖面广，是基础医学的重要课程之一。在医学微生物学的发展进程及专业知识内容中，蕴含了大量思政元素，是进行课程思政教育的重要载体；同时，近年来出现的由病原微生物感染所致的新冠疫情、艾滋病、SARS等严重危害人类健康，引发了全社会的广泛关注。如何在医学微生物教学过程中有效开展课程思政建设，以实现知识传授与价值引领的目标？课程组自2018年以来，进行了课程思政建设的初步实践，现将我们的探索实践阐述如下。
