摘要面对大学宽松的学习环境，部分学生产生了惰性，不利于的学院人才培养目标的达成。为了提高学生的学习兴趣，增强学生掌握知识的能力和提高学生工程實践的能力，根据学生学习惰性的现状和原因以及有效教学的理念，从学院、教师和学生三方面提出了在有效教学理念下应采取的措施，在今后的教学活动中，进行有针对性的教学改革，以实现高素质应用型人才的培养目标。

The Effective Teaching Research on Learning Inertia

AbstractFacing the relaxed learning environment of the university， some students are inert， which is not conducive to the achievement of the talent training goal of the college. In order to improve students’ interest in learning， enhance students’ ability to master knowledge and improve students’ ability of engineering practice， according to the current situation and reasons of students’ learning inertia and the concept of effective teaching， this paper puts forward the measures that should be taken under the effective teaching concept from the three aspects of colleges， teachers and students， and carries out targeted teaching reform in future teaching activities， In order to achieve the training goal of high-quality applied talents.

进入大学后，有些学生没有意识到学习是最主要的任务。不少学生目前学习状态不是很理想，由于很多学生对学习成绩的期望不高，导致最终的学习成绩不是很好，有些功课的不及格人数也居高不下。对于包含抽象概念比较多的课程，这种情况更加显著，比如机械工程测试技术这门课程，学生对信号、信息、频谱、功率谱、动态特性等抽象概念往往难以理解，很容易产生厌倦情绪，这就需要学院、教师和学生共同努力，来解决这个问题，达到预期的教学效果，将如何发现问题、如何解决问题、如何评价解决问题的经验技巧传授给学生，提高学生的学习兴趣，实现预期的培养目标和解决复杂工程问题的能力。
