摘要技能型人才的培养需要依赖于实训基地，高职院校实训基地的建设与完善有助于“中国制造2025”中现代制造业转型升级中对高技能高水人才的需求，是适应智能制造发展的重要保障。高职院校实训基地的建设有助于培养具有信息化及网络化能力的制造业人才。在智能制造背景下高职院校基于自身的信息化与工业化制造能力进行实训基地建设与管理研究，有助于培养适应智能制造现代化制造企业需求的人才。

Research on the Construction and Management of Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

AbstractThe training of skilled talents depends on the training base. The construction and improvement of the training base in higher vocational colleges is conducive to the demand for high skilled and high skilled talents in the transformation and upgrading of modern manufacturing industry in "made in China 2025"， which is an important guarantee to adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing.The construction of training base in higher vocational colleges is helpful to cultivate manufacturing talents with information and network ability. Under the background of intelligent manufacturing， the research on the construction and management of training base in higher vocational colleges based on their own information and industrial manufacturing ability is helpful to cultivate talents to meet the needs of modern intelligent manufacturing enterprises.

我国在2015年正式提出了“中国制造2025”的发展计划，在以智能制造人才扎实基础的前提下，进行制造强国目标的实现与建设。在人才培养体系中，高职院校在高校人才培养体系上肩负着培养专业性及动手能力较强的技术人才重任，[1-2]其教学特色是在传统理论教学的基础上进行学生实践能力的有效培养。因此，配套实训基地建设是高职院校建设的重要组成部分，[3]高职院校为适应智能制造背景下现代制造行业对人才培养的需求，需要对教学实训基地的管理及建设进行优化提升，培养具有网络思维及应用能力的制造人才，通过建设模式、体系以及教学管理的套索优化，使得教学实训基地为培养具有智能制造技术的新型人才提供保障。

1现代制造业的生产模式特点
