摘要本文全面分析了新时代下教育部直属高校领导班子建设面临的思想政治、工作作风、综合素质、组织建设、选任渠道等五个方面的新挑战，提出了新时代直属高校领导班子建设路径构想，阐明了社会主义办学方向、特色化内涵式发展、领导班子结构、党委领导下的校长负责制等四个部分的发展构想，有利于提高领导班子能力建设，具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

AbstractThis article comprehensively analyzes the five new challenges of ideological and political， work style， comprehensive quality， organization construction， and selection channels faced by the leadership team construction of directly affiliated colleges and universities in the new era. The development concept of four parts： the direction of running a socialist school， the development of distinctive connotation， the structure of the leadership group， and the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee are conducive to improving the ability of the leadership group， and has certain theoretical value and practical significance.

高校領导班子体制机制建设是确保社会主义办学方向、实现又好又快创新科学发展的制度保障。教育部直属高校领导班子建设经过多年的探索与实践，取得了令人瞩目的成效，但发展的不平衡不稳定的一些突出问题尚未解决，高校领导离“社会主义政治家、教育家”的标准，还存在着一定差距。[1]新时代有新要求，然而部分领导干部缺乏在思想政治建设方面深刻的认知和具体的实践，缺乏抵御各种政治灰尘和腐朽思想的侵蚀的自觉性和主动性，缺乏长远系统和可操作性的发展建设性规划，工作不够深入扎实、效果不够理想。

因此，健全良好的高校领导班子体制运行，是确保办学方向、实现高校科学管理、变革创新、提升竞争力，实现可持续发展的重要前提和保证。针对该问题，本文深入分析新时代下教育部直属高校领导班子建设面临的新挑战，进一步思考和探索直属高校领导班子建设的总体目标，提高领导班子能力建设。……
