摘 要：所谓油茶饼粕即为油茶作物榨油之后所产生的剩余物，即渣饼，人们在开展农业生产过程中，通常将油茶榨干获取茶油之后，会将油茶饼粕遗弃，事实上，油茶饼粕具有较高的农业应用价值，如若弃之将会造成严重的额资源浪费，不符合农业资源优化配置的理念。为了进一步探讨油茶饼粕的农业应用价值与方法，本文首先概述了油茶饼粕，分析了油茶饼粕的农业应用价值及其在农业中的应用方法，从而改变人们对油茶饼粕错误的看法，并加强对油茶饼粕的综合应用，实现其潜在的应用价值，促进农业可持续发展。

Agricultural Application Value and Method of Camellia Oil Cake

Abstract： So-called cake is the differential crops after oil residue， produced by the slag cake， the people in the process of the development of agricultural production， usually after differential drain for tea oil， oil-tea cake will be abandoned， in fact， oil-tea cake has higher application value agriculture， if abandoned will cause serious waste of resources， do not accord with the concept of optimal allocation of agricultural resources. In order to further explore the agricultural application value and methods of camellia oleifera cake， this article firstly summarizes camellia oleifera cake， analyzes the agricultural application value of camellia oleifera cake and its application methods in agriculture， so as to change people’s wrong views on camellia oleifera cake. And strengthen the comprehensive application of Camellia oleifera cake， realize its potential application value， and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.

在油茶生产过程中，油茶饼粕属于其主要残余物料，该物料看似无过多用途，但实际上其潜在的价值通常被人们所低估，导致油茶饼粕这种资源被白白浪费，并且容易对生态环境产生比较严重的危害。实际上，油茶饼粕既可以提炼出残留茶油，通过对毛茶油进行提炼能够产出标准茶油，同时也能够通过科学加工用于茶薪菇培养、动物饲料的制作以及制备活性炭等方面，需要有效掌握油茶饼粕的综合利用方法，并且还可以应用于油茶饼粕回收和再利用方面，从而使油茶饼粕的利用率实现最大化，进而避免资源浪费问题出现[1]。油茶饼粕在农业中可应用于种植业和养殖业，也可以对油茶饼粕中残余茶油进行提炼，从而获取一定的农业经济效益，可见油茶饼粕的农业应用价值比较高，需要采取有效的方法，并对油茶饼粕的农业应用价值进行开发，从而获得更高的农业收益。……
