摘 要：本文在简要介绍国外农药残留发展历程及目前概况的基础上，分别介绍国内农药残留监测概况、国内在技术标准及监测体系上的不足，指出了农药残留监测信息化技术发展方向，并提出了3个方面的技术研究思路，以期为农产品中农药残留监测提供一定的参考。

The Current Situation and Enlightenment of Monitoring Agricultural Residues at Home and Abroad

Abstract： On the basis of briefly introducing the development process of foreign and current pesticide residues， this paper introduces the shortcomings of domestic pesticide residue monitoring， domestic technical standards and monitoring system respectively， and points out the development direction of pesticide residue monitoring information technology，and puts forward three technical research ideas， in order to provide some reference for monitoring pesticide residues in agricultural products.

農药在农作物生长、高产及农产品的存储中具有重要的作用，然而，由于人们对农药的认识不足及片面追求经济利益最大化，农药的使用导致许多农产品中不同程度的存在农药残留（以下简称农残）。尽管目前我国果蔬样品检出农药以低中毒性为主，但仍有一定比例的果蔬样品检出禁用农药，严重危害人们的健康。如何实现对食品中农残的监测，确保餐桌食品的安全，成为国内外各相关研究人员迫切需要解决的问题。

本文阐述了国外农残监测发展历程，包括监管部门的构建、法律法规及检测标准的制定、对科研技术创新的重视等方面，指出将信息化技术注入农残监测领域，使农残监测具备智能化、信息化特点是目前各国在该领域研发重点，比较我国目前农残监测现状，进而引发信息化农残监测技术的一点思考，以期为相关科研人员及监管人员提供参考。
