【摘要】“先学后教，当堂训练”教学模式在课堂上应用得到了广泛的好评，因为达到了高效的教学质量，教师在课堂上改变思路，将实践性的特点发挥到最大，让学生自己实践性学习，一切以学生为出发点。另外，这种教学模式又是根据学生的学习特点定制的，为每个学生提供相应的教学思维，做到有教无类是当代教师的优秀品质。

Understanding and Perception of the Teaching Model of"Learning Before Teaching，Training in Class"

【Abstract】The teaching model of"learning before teaching，training in the classroom"has been widely praised in theclassroom.Because of the high-efficiency teaching quality，teachers change their thinking in the classroom，and maximize the practical characteristics to make Students learn practically on their own，with students as the starting point.In addition，this teaching model is customized according to the learning characteristics of students，providing each student with corre‐sponding teaching thinking.It is the excellent quality of contemporary teachers to have teaching without class.

一、掌握“先學后教，当堂训练”课堂教育的基本规程

“先学后教，当堂训练”中的“先学”，就是让学生在上课前，提前学习当堂课的内容。独立探究课堂知识点，从而对本堂课的内容有自己的看法，提前发现自己的疑难点;“后教”就是教师对学生的疑难点进行讲解。这种教学模式有实践性的特点，教师在教授知识前，要将学生分成小组，让学生私下探讨，对本课堂的知识发表自己看点，形成“兵教兵”的氛围，思维快的同学可以帮助思维慢的同学，通过互动打开课堂的积极性，最后选取小组长进行代表发言;“当堂训练”就是教师在讲解完疑难点后，让学生通过理论知识进行更深层次的学习，尽可能让学生达到举一反三的思维模式。“先学后教，当堂训练”的实质就是让学生主动，改变以往被动的教学模式。一切以学生为中心，全程让学生去实践，去思想。充分开放学生的思维模式，让学生主导课堂的进度，而这种教学模式与新课程改革的模式很相似，为学生提高学习能力做了充分准备，先进的教学思想使学生受益一生。……
