【摘  要】企业政工师的主要职责就是开展思想政治教育工作，来提升员工的思想政治高度，让企业员工的工作积极性以及工作责任感能够强化，企业的内部结构更为稳定以及企业的发展更为健康。企业政工师的工作能力和自身修养直接决定工作的质量，也间接地影响企业的发展速度、发展稳定性以及发展空间。论文主要研究的内容为提升企業政工师的工作能力和自身修养的策略方式。

【Abstract】The main responsibility of an enterprise political engineer is to carry out ideological and political education， so as to enhance the ideological and political height of employees， so that the enthusiasm and responsibility of employees can be strengthened， the internal structure of the enterprise more stable and the development of the enterprise more healthy. The working ability and self-cultivation of an enterprise political engineer directly determine the quality of the work， but also indirectly affect the development speed， stability and development space of the enterprise. This paper mainly studies the strategies of enhancing the working ability and self-cultivation of enterprise political engineer.

1 引言

政工师是企业发展的重要职位之一，直接影响企业内部结构的稳定性、企业人员结构的稳定性以及企业发展的健康程度和可持续性。政工师主要工作内容就是针对职工进行思想政治工作，保证职工的思想状态的积极性，思想轨道不偏离，政治观念不错误，及时地发现职工存在的思想层面、生活层面以及工作层面的问题，及时给予引导，给予适当帮助，解除员工困境，这样能提升员工的归属感，以及员工的工作积极性、工作稳定性，企业各部门之间的协作更为顺畅，企业的内部竞争更为良性协调，企业发展的干扰因素以及不稳定因素都会相应地减少。企业对于政工师的工作能力要求极高，对于政工师的工作质量要求也极高，必须不断地提升企业政工师的工作能力以及自身修养，才能保证工作的质量持续提升，才能满足不断发展的企业运行要求。……
