【摘  要】城市公路交通工程中，安全设施施工建设占据着至关重要的位置，为此从安全设施施工技术与安全设施施工管理措施方向研究安全设施施工技术。论文分析了交通标志、交通标线、安全护栏、隔离设施与防眩设施的施工技术要点，以此为基础，针对安全设施施工不同阶段（准备阶段、进行阶段与竣工阶段）制定了相应的安全设施施工管理措施，实现了城市公路交通工程安全设施施工技术的研究，为城市公路交通工程建设提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】In urban highway traffic engineering， the construction of safety facilities occupies a crucial position， so the construction technology of safety facilities is studied from the direction of safety facilities construction technology and safety facilities construction management measures. This paper analyzes the key points of construction technology of traffic sign， traffic line marking， safety guardrail， isolation facility and anti-dazzle facility. Based on this， the paper formulates corresponding safety facilities construction management measures for different stages of safety facilities construction （preparation stage， progress stage and completion stage）， realizes the research on construction technology of safety facilities in urban highway traffic engineering， and provides certain reference for urban highway traffic engineering construction.

1 引言

近几年，我国城市化建设进程不断推进，城市公路交通工程也得到了前所未有的发展。城市公路交通工程是城市道路交通体系的关键组成部分，拥有着“城市血液”的美称。城市公路交通工程的发展对国家公路网技术水平、交通运输结构起到了至关重要的作用，也是促进国家社会经济发展的主要因素。城市公路交通工程的兴起与规划，不但显示了城市的繁荣程度，也为城市建设添加了靓丽的景观设计。但是，这些繁荣依然无法掩盖公路交通工程的瑕疵，公路交通问题也逐渐显现，例如，公路交通事故、拥挤、污染等，上述问题已经成为制约公路交通健康发展的关键难题。依据统计调查结果显示：公路交通事故已经成为威胁人类生命健康与安全的主要因素之一，而导致公路交通事故的关键原因为安全设施质量较低。……
