摘  要：深圳金融产业的快速发展，既为金融学专业的发展提供了“产学研”广泛紧密合作的独特平台，同时也对金融学专业的创新人才、特色人才培养提出了国际化、高质量的要求。过去传统单一的金融学专业本科人才培养模式已不能适应现代市场对金融人才多元化的需求。深圳大学肩负为珠三角特别是深圳培养适合现代金融发展需要的本科优质人才的使命，必须创新现代金融人才培养模式。为此，我们对金融学人才培养开展多年的综合改革创新实践，构建、实施了基于“雙并举”理念的金融学人才多元化培养目标体系和支撑体系，并取得了较丰硕的成果。

Abstract： The fast expansion of Shenzhen's financial industry on one hand provides a special platform for the broad and close industry-university-research collaboration to the development of Finance program， and presents internationalized and high-standard requirements for the teaching of Finance in terms of entrepreneurial creativity and innovation on the other. The old traditional undergraduate teaching curriculum of Finance cannot meet the comprehensive and diversified needs for financial specialists in the modern market. Shenzhen University， with the mission of providing well-qualified graduates that can satisfy the needs of contemporary financial markets in the Pearl River Delta area especially Shenzhen， must take innovative actions to the mode of cultivating contemporary financial talents. For this purpose， after many years of practice in comprehensive innovation reform， we have constructed a well-diversified teaching scheme and corresponding supporting systems for the cultivation of financial talents based on the so called "Bipedal Development" concept and have made quite some achievements.

珠江三角洲地区是我国经济发展的核心区域，尤其是深圳，作为全国性经济中心和现代化、国际化城市，金融业高度发达，产业创新速度快、国际化程度高，是我国最为重要的区域金融中心。深圳市政府早在20世纪80年代末就把金融业作为经济发展的支柱产业，为金融业的发展提供了许多优惠政策，使深圳金融业的发展空间不断增大，金融业所需人才每年都在数千人之多。经过20世纪90年代中期的产业结构调整，深圳市制定了基于四大支柱产业（金融产业、高新技术产业、物流产业、文化产业）快速发展的国家创新型城市和国际化大都市的战略目标。

伴随金融产业的集中与快速发展，深圳金融产业出现了向国际化、微观化、分工细化、技术化、业务综合化等方面发展变化的特征，急需大量具有开拓精神和创新潜质的中高级金融专业人才。……
