[摘要] 目的 了解目前国内无痛分娩的发展情况而进行问卷调查。方法 针对无痛分娩的了解程度、接受程度、推荐程度、需要的条件和存在的顾虑发放问卷进行调查。结果 回收有效答卷405份（98.8%）。30.6%的受访者都表现出了对无痛分娩对胎儿的影响的关注，27.9%的受访者也表示出了对后遗症的顾虑，24.4%的受访者希望得到有关无痛分娩的技术方面的知识普及。结论 目前我国对于无痛分娩的认知水平不高，获得信息途径相对集中，对于无痛分娩存在许多顾虑，需要进一步加强宣教从而促进无痛分娩的发展。同时应该提升临床操作技术降低分娩成本以消除顾虑，提高积极性。

[Abstract] Objective To understand the current development of painless childbirth in China and conduct a questionnaire survey. Methods Questionnaires were issued to investigate the level of understanding， acceptance， recommendation， required conditions and concerns about painless delivery. Results 405 valid responses（98.8%）were recovered. 30.6% of the respondents showed concern about the impact of painless delivery on the fetus， 27.9% of the respondents also expressed concern about the sequelae， and 24.4% of the respondents wanted to popularize the technical aspects of painless delivery. Conclusion At present， my country's awareness of painless delivery is not high， and the access to information is relatively concentrated. There are many concerns about painless delivery. It is necessary to further strengthen publicity and education to promote the development of painless delivery. At the same time， clinical operation techniques should be improved to reduce childbirth costs to eliminate concerns and increase enthusiasm.

通常所说的“无痛分娩”，在医学上称之为“分娩镇痛”。是指使用各种方法来减轻或者消除分娩时的疼痛[1]。分娩镇痛可以减少准妈妈分娩过程中的痛苦，减少分娩的恐惧和不必要的体力消耗。2010 年世界卫生组织发布的一项调查显示，中国剖宫产率高达 46.2%，居世界第一，中国无手术指征剖宫产的比例占全部剖宫产资料的11.7%[2]。但是已经有研究证明[3]无临床指征的非自然产（例如剖宫产）可能会增加母婴死亡率以及并发症的发生率。在中国，女性认为剖宫产是一种无痛的分娩方式，促进无痛分娩的发展可以改变女性此种看法。调查了解人们对无痛分娩的认知状况，对于无痛分娩的普及和发展有着重要的现实意义与经济学意义。……
