[摘要] 目的 分析評价在肝胆外科护理带教中应用临床路径式教学方法的效果，并且分析对教学满意度的影响。方法 该次研究选择在该院肝胆外科实习的护理专业学生144名作为研究对象，其实习时间范围为2019年1—9月，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各72名。对照组选择常规临床护理带教方式，观察组则实施临床路径式教学法，对比分析两组护理效果，以学生对教学方法的满意度、实习考核成绩作为研究评价指标。结果 和对照组相比较，观察组对教学方法的满意度明显较高，两组数据分别为98.61%、90.28%，两组间的数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;和对照组进行比较，观察组实习生理论基础知识、实践操作能力以及案例分析等方面的考核成绩均具有明显优势，组间数据对比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在肝胆外科护理带教中应用临床路径式教学法取得了理想的教学效果，对提高护理专业实习生的综合能力具有积极意义，值得在临床教学中不断推广应用。

Analysis of the Effect of Clinical Path Teaching Method in Hepatobiliary Surgery Nursing Teaching and the Impact of Satisfaction

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of applying clinical pathway teaching method in hepatobiliary surgery nursing teaching， and analyze the impact on teaching satisfaction. Methods In this research， 144 nursing students who practiced in hepatobiliary surgery in the hospital were selected as the research objects. The internship time range was from January to September 2019. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， each was 72. The control group chose the conventional clinical nursing teaching method， and the observation group implemented the clinical path-based teaching method. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. The students' satisfaction with the teaching method and the practice assessment results were used as the research evaluation indicators. Results Compared with the control group， the observation groups satisfaction with teaching methods was significantly higher. The data of the two groups were 98.61% and 90.28%， respectively. There was statistically significant difference in the data comparison between the two groups（P<0.05）; and compared with the control group， the evaluation results of the observation group's interns in terms of theoretical basic knowledge， practical operation ability， and case analysis all had obvious advantages， and the data comparison between the groups was statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical path-based teaching method in hepatobiliary surgery nursing teaching has achieved ideal teaching results. It has positive significance for improving the comprehensive ability of nursing interns and is worthy of continuous promotion and application in clinical teaching.

随着近年来人们生活质量、经济条件的不断提高，对护理质量的要求也在不断提高，优质护理服务对提高患者生存质量具有积极意义[1]，能够有效缓解患者负性情绪，对促进患者顺利接受治疗措施具有积极意义，直接影响着患者自身的康复情况以及预后效果，因此需要提高护理人员在工作中的综合素质，最大化地满足患者需求，为其提供更加优质的护理服务[2]。临床实习是护理专业学生从学校毕业过渡至工作的主要阶段，也是将理论知识以及临床护理工作相结合的实践活动，直接关系着护理实习生在后续护理岗位上的工作效率以及质量。因此在学生实习中临床带教的教学质量直接影响着护理实习生的专业能力[3]。……
