摘 要：如今科技信息飞速发展，各行各业迎来了前所未有的挑战和竞争，然而无论是知识竞争还是经济竞争，终究是人才的竞争，当然，对于出版行业而言更是如此。医学科技期刊若想使自己立于不败之地，则必须强化自身的青年编辑队伍，现结合自己编辑部管理经验，对青年编辑的培养及成长模式予以探讨总结。

Study on the Training Mode of Young Editors of Medical Science and Technology Periodicals

Abstract： Nowadays， along with the rapid development of the scientific and technological information， all walks of life face to the unprecedented challenge and competition， however， whether it is knowledge competition or economic competition， it is the talent competition eventually; absolutely， it is especially true for the publishing industry. If the medical science and technology periodicals would like to make themselves remain invincible， they must strengthen their own young editor team; now the training mode for young editors is discussed and summarized in this thesis through the combination with the writers own management experience of editorial department.

目前，我國生物医学期刊共计约1200余种，并且呈现明显的增长趋势，为满足增长要求，对医学编辑的需求极大，但是受限于国内医学科技期刊青年编辑的培养途径，形成了供不应求的人才矛盾问题[1]。当前医学科技期刊青年编辑普遍为医学或相关专业的毕业生，怎样更快地培养其编辑素质，是医学科技期刊发展的关键问题，更是医学科技期刊发展的必备条件。

一、医学科技期刊青年编辑应有素质

青年编辑是集多种专业、学科知识于一体的职业，属于复合型人才，若想成为医学科技期刊合格编辑，除应有的政治素质之外，还要有良好的数字化技能、沟通能力、编辑专业知识、统计学知识、循证医学知识、中外文语言知识，科研思维，以及医学专业知识[2-3]。

（一）政治素质

医学科技期刊青年编辑必须坚持党的政策、方针，学习具有中国特色的社会主义理论知识，明确期刊发展方向。同时，青年编辑还应当具备良好的法律意识及政治修养，能够实心实意的奉献于编辑事业，有良好的编辑责任感和使命感，例如在发生5·12汶川地震的时候，积极投入到抗震救灾宣传、捐献、救援工作中来。……
