摘要 目的：探究精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍发生情况及其影响因素。方法：选取2018年3月至2019年3月广东省第三荣军医院收治的精神分裂症患者30例作为研究对象，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评估所有患者的睡眠情况，并应用阳性症状量表、阴性症状量表和不良反应量表对患者进行评估，分析睡眠障碍发生的影响因素。结果：不同不良反应、患者性别、户籍所在地、文化水平、婚姻情况患者的睡眠质量评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。经多元回归分析，户籍所在地与精神症状与PSQI评分成负相关关系，不良反应、性别、婚姻情况、文化水平均与与PSQI评分成正相关关系。结论：精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍发生的影响因素较多，应根据影响因素进行干预，以改善患者的睡眠质量。

Investigation on the Occurrence of Sleep Disorders and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Schizophrenia

Abstract Objective：To investigate the occurrence of sleep disorders in patients with schizophrenia and its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 30 patients with schizophrenia in Third Rongjun Hospital of Guangdong Province from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.The sleep situation of all the patients were evaluated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，and the positive symptom scale and negative symptoms were applied reasonably.The influencing factors of sleep disorders were analyzed.Results：The sleep quality scores of patients with different side effects，patient gender，household registration，cultural level，and marital status were compared，and there were statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.Conclusion：There are many influencing factors of sleep disorder in schizophrenic patients.We should intervene according to the influencing factors to improve the sleep quality of patients.

精神分裂症属于当前临床领域高发的精神疾病，大都发生于青壮年之间，病情发生较为急促，患者患病后症状表现各不相同。当前临床领域并没有明确精神分裂症患者的患病原因，仅仅认为病症发生与患者的心理易感、外部环境等有关。精神分裂症患者经常会出现感觉、知觉障碍、思维障碍、情感障碍、抑制障碍、行为障碍、认知功能障碍等多种表现[1]，对患者的正常生活产生严重不良影响，所以本实验就精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍发生情况及其影响因素进行分析，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2018年3月至2019年3月广东省第三荣军医院收治的精神分裂症患者30例作为研究对象，男17例，女13例;年龄23～55岁，平均年龄（31.23±3.62）岁;病程1.2～16.4年，平均病程（6.06±2.25）年;其中已婚者18例，未婚者12例，城镇者19例，农村者11例，初中及以上学历者12例，初中以下学历者18例。

1.2 纳入标准 1）患者均经临床诊断确诊为精神分类症患者;2）患者的年龄均在18岁以上;3）患者均签署知情协议。……
