摘要 现代人对健康状况愈发关注，伴随着微型化智能技术发展和智能时代的到来，智能手环亦随之日新月异。本文立足于智能手环在医疗领域的研发与应用进行总结与分析，介绍了智能手环产生背景、主要功能、优点和不足等，为相关研究提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract Modern people are paying more and more attention to health status.With the development of miniaturized intelligent technology and the arrival of the intelligent era，the smart bracelet is also changing with each passing day.Based on the research and development and application of the smart bracelet in the medical field，this paper introduces the background，main functions，advantages and disadvantages of the smart bracelet，and provides reference and reference for related research.

当今社会是智能化社会，智能生产、智能生活将是未来社会的必然趋势，智能化将会成为未来社会的一种主流，笔者查阅近10年智能手环在医疗领域研发与应用的相关文献，现将结果报道如下。

1 分类综述

1.1 智能手环产生背景 经济发展的同时医疗水平也在不断的提高，人们的健康意识也发生很大变化，人们关注的不只是停留在当身体不适或者已经发生了疾病才会引起注意，越来越多的人开始注意对自己的身体健康指标进行监测与控制，通过对血压、心率、睡眠等这些基本信息的反馈来督促并帮助人们进行适当调节，这就对一些智能设备提出更高的要求，智能手环由此诞生。智能手环作为新一代智能可穿戴设备，顺应了社会的发展，它更好的结合了个人的生活习惯，贴身实时监测到人们健康的基本信息，给人们带来很多便利的同时，也迎合了医学领域健康促进的需求。基于这一背景，许多电信商户抓住时机，研发了款式不同的智能手环。我们在市场上常见的几大品牌有：小米手环、华为手环或是iWatch，它们都有监测心率、脉搏等健康指标的功能，为人们进行健康管理提供便利性支持[1-4]。……
