摘要 目的：探討依达拉奉联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑出血临床效果以及对睡眠的研究。方法：选取2016年12月至2018年12月巨野县北城医院接收的急性脑出血患者152例作为研究对象，根据患者入院病床单双号随机分为对照组和观察组，每组76例，2组患者均采用依达拉奉药物治疗方案，观察组患者采取联合瑞舒伐他汀药物进行辅助治疗，分析2组患者临床效果。结果：观察组患者临床治疗有效率高达97.37%（74/76），显著高于对照组81.58%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。并且观察组患者睡眠总体评分要高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在急性脑出血患者临床治疗中应用依达拉奉联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗具有确切疗效，值得推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Edaravone Combined with Rosuvastatin on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Influence on Sleep

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage and the study of sleep.Methods：A Total of 152 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage received in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the number of patients′admission sheets，76 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with edaravone，and the experimental group was treated with rosuvastatin combined with rosuvastatin.The adjuvant treatment was carried out and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results：The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.37%（74/76），which was significantly higher than that of the control group（81.58%，P<0.05）.The sleep score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Edaravone combined with rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage，and it is worth popularizing.

急性脑出血在临床上是一种具有较高发病率的脑血管疾病，该疾病具有病死率高、起病急等特征[1]。患者发病后会出现失语、肢体障碍等神经功能缺损情况，严重影响了患者的生命质量以及生命安全。作为新型抗氧化剂、自由基清除剂，依达拉奉现阶段已经在多种脑出血疾病临床治疗中得到了广泛应用，同时获取了较为显著的临床效果，但同时也存在一些患者无法获益。作为一种强效调脂药物，瑞舒伐他汀能够有效改善患者的神经递质脑细胞损伤，对血管神经再生、促进患者睡眠起到有力促进作用[4]。文章选取152例来我院就诊的急性脑出血患者，2组患者均采用依达拉奉药物治疗方案，观察组患者采取联合瑞舒伐他汀药物进行辅助治疗，分析2组患者临床资料，比较相关数值变化，分析并得出结论，报道如下。……
