摘要 目的：探讨养心通络汤对气阴两虚、血瘀痰阻型慢性稳定性冠心病患者生命质量的影响。方法：选取2016年12月至2017年8月新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院收治的辨证为气阴两虚、血瘀痰阻型慢性稳定性冠心病的患者130例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组65例。对照组给予常规西药治疗。观察组患者在对照组基础上加服养心通络汤治疗，比较2组患者的临床疗效和生命质量的情况。结果：通过研究，发现观察组患者的治疗总的有效率明显高于了对照组（P<0.05）;治疗后，观察组患者的生命质量明显改善，运动平板试验时总运动时间、ST段压低1 mV的时间、ST段最大压低幅度及心绞痛积分的改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：养心通络汤结合西医常规治疗可明显改善气阴两虚、血瘀痰阻型慢性稳定性心绞痛患者的临床症状，提高其生命质量水平，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Yangxin Tongluo Decoction for Chronic Coronary Heart Disease of Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin and Blood Stasis and Phlegm Coagulation Syndrome

Abstract Objective：to investigate the effect of Yangxin Tongluo decoction on the quality of life in patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease （chd）.Methods：A total of 130 patients with stable chronic coronary heart disease （SCCHD） were selected from December 2016 to August 2017， who were diagnosed as deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome in the Outpatient Department of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Xinjiang Medical University.They were divided into a control group and an Observation Group by random number table，65 cases in each group.The Control Group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yangxin Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results：the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The improvement of total exercise time， St Segment Depression 1 MV， St Segment maximum depression range and angina pectoris score in treadmill exercise test were better than those in control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Yangxin Tongluo decoction combined with Western medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic stable angina pectoris which is worthy clinical application.

慢性稳定性冠心脏病包括稳定性心绞痛（慢性期）、缺血性心肌病、心梗（陈旧性）、和PCI术后病情稳定的患者，涵盖的疾病类型包括了心绞痛、心律失常、冠脉慢血流、慢性心衰，经常是同时兼有，难以分开。慢性稳定性冠心脏病的患者经过经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Intervention，PCI）治疗，虽然病死率明显的降低，但是治疗后出现心绞痛及心脏事件发生的潜在或现存威胁仍会影响到患者今后的生命质量[1]。2012年ACC/AHA指南中指出慢性稳定性冠心病最重要治疗目标之一即为维持或恢复患者一定水平的运动耐量和患者满意的生命质量。如何改善慢性稳定性冠心脏病患者的生命质量，是慢性稳定性冠心病疾患康复人员目前需迫切解决的问题[2-3]。多项大型循证研究显示药物治疗与PCI治疗的远期的疗效相当，如何取得更好的生命质量就显得特别重要[4-5]，在这一方面，中医药有独特的优势。……
