【摘要】 目的 比较单纯美沙酮维持治疗和针刺配合美沙酮递减治疗戒断海洛因的效果。方法 30例海洛因依赖者随机分为治疗组和对照组， 每组15例。治疗组给予针刺配合美沙酮治疗， 对照组单纯给予美沙酮治疗。引用药物成瘾者生命质量测定量表（QOL-DA）对两组患者的健康状况进行全面调查。结果 治疗后两组各维度及生命质量总分均提高， 并且治疗组各维度及总分明显高于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺配合美沙酮戒毒较为明显地提高了海洛因依赖者的生命质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare effects between single methadone in maintenance treatment and acupuncture combined with methadone in degression treatment for heroin dependence. Methods A total of 30 heroin dependence patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 15 cases in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture combined with methadone for treatment， and the control group received single methadone. Quality of life for drug addict （QOL-DA） scale was applied to research health condition of both groups. Results Both groups had improved dimensional and total scores of quality of life after treatment， and those in the treatment group were much higher than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and methadone remarkably improves quality of life of heroin dependence patients.

美沙酮是目前最主要的替代戒断海洛因成瘾的药物， 因能有效的控制戒断症状、痛苦小， 可使海洛因成瘾者减少或消除对毒品的渴求， 已在国际上得到了广泛应用。但是美沙酮作为一种阿片类物质， 会造成服用者药物依赖， 毒副作用明显， 给患者身体带来一定程度损害。针刺作为一种绿色疗法， 逐渐被认识及运用于戒毒， 进而在全世界范围内广泛传播。从近几年文献研究分析， 针刺戒毒作用主要表现在机体的免疫系统、内分泌系统、神经递质效应等方面[1]。在海洛因成瘾戒断方面有一定的临床效果。本课题运用针刺配合美沙酮递减疗法， 以降低单纯美沙酮替代疗法的毒副作用， 缩短撤药时间， 减轻撤药期间出现的戒断症状， 从而提高药物成瘾者的生命质量， 以达到降低海洛因成瘾者由于长期服用大量美沙酮可能所致的身体伤害。本课题组进行了针刺配合美沙酮改善海洛因戒断症状的疗效对比研究， 现将临床观察结果报告如下。……
