摘  要：在新课改体系下，为了更好地激发小学生体育学习和锻炼的兴趣，从小培养终身体育锻炼的意识，使学生的体质和运动技能都得到不断提高;同时也使体育教师教学水平得到更好的提升。全面、客观、科学评价小学生体育学业成绩对引导学生和老师可持续性健康成长和发展势在必行。为此，本文积极探索研究以诊断、激励和发展为导向，比较合符小学生特点的体育学业成绩考核评价模式——《小学生体育学业成绩考核评价表》。经过多年的实践和完善，效果良好，并在当地区域得到了同行和家长的一致认同和推广。

Abstract： Under the new curriculum reform system， in order to better stimulate primary school students' interest in physical education and exercise， to cultivate a sense of lifelong physical exercise from an early age， so that students' physical fitness and motor skills can be continuously improved; at the same time， our physical education teachers' teaching level can also be improved. Get better promotion. Comprehensive， objective and scientific evaluation of primary school students' sports academic performance is imperative to guide the sustainable and healthy growth and development of students and teachers. For this reason， this paper actively explores the research on the student physical education performance evaluation evaluation form which is more oriented to diagnosis， encouragement and development， and is more in line with the characteristics of primary school students. After years of practice and improvement， the effect is good， and has been unanimously recognized and promoted by colleagues and parents in the local area.

1  研究目的

客观、全面、科学评价小学生体育学业成绩的背景和意义。

学生期末体育学业成绩普遍是体育教师在体育课上随意对学生已学过的某几个运动项目进行简单的测试和评价。这种评价方式存在许多不足：一是评价目标不科学;二是评价形式单一;三是评价内容片面;四是评价过程不合理。它只重结果不重过程，严重挫伤了学生参与体育运动和学习的积极性和主动性，容易产生厌学情绪，不利于学生的今后持续健康发展。所以全面、客观、科学评价小学生体育学业成绩对引导学生、老师可持续性健康成长和发展势在必行。

2  研究方法

本文通过文献资料法、实践实验法、调查法、逻辑分析对比法对虎门镇北栅小学学生体育学业成绩考核评价进行改革和创新研究，得出了比较理性的认识。……
