摘  要：CBA外援引入对联赛发展产生了诸多利好方面，而各俱乐部在引援位置组合策略上有明显的差异。采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数据统计法对CBA外援球员位置组合特征进行分析总结。结论与建议：（1）CBA外援位置组合形式多样，“后卫+前锋”形式最具有竞争力。（2）外援位置组合呈现出由“大小结合”向“双强模式”发展的趋势。（3）外援是队伍取得成绩的关键因素，但本土球员则是取得成功的基础保障。在外援引入上着重考虑运动员位置能力，围绕优势打造阵容。

Abstract： The introduction of CBA foreign aid has produced many favorable aspects for the development of the league， and the clubs have obvious differences in the combination of recruiting strategies. Using literature method， video analysis method and data statistics method to analyze and summarize the characteristics of CBA foreign player position combination. Conclusions and suggestions： （1）There are various forms of CBA foreign aid position combinations， and the "guard + forward" form is the most competitive. （2）The combination of foreign aid positions has shown a trend from "combination of size" to "double-strength mode". （3）Foreign aid is the key factor for the team's achievement， but local players are the basic guarantee for success. In the introduction of foreign aid， it is important to consider the athlete's position ability and build a lineup around advantages.

CBA联赛外援引入对提升CBA品牌价值、对抗性、观赏性、均衡球队实力产生正面效应，对加快中国篮球与国际接轨、提升俱乐部实力起重要作用[1，2]。近几年，CBA联赛总冠军队伍中外援的状态与发挥对球队的取胜起着关键性作用。然而，在现有引援政策下对于外援位置组合特征的理论研究较少。篮球运动是“个体对抗”与“集体对抗”的结合体，团队效能与分工协作是篮球运动的本质特征之一，而高效能团队的首要特征就是运动员位置结构。现代篮球比赛中阵容组合的调配成为获得比赛胜利的关键因素[3]。

在对2018—2019赛季CBA外援位置特征的研究中发现，外援的引入策略与以往出现了较大的转变。一般而言，每支队伍从引进的外援位置上分为“大外援”与“小外援”。除了个别球队的三外援制度以外，内外线位置组合几乎是每个球队“约定俗成”的引进策略。……
