摘    要：党的十八大提出了“美丽中国”的生态文明建设愿景，十九大更是强调了生态文明体制的改革与发展，绿水青山就是金山银山，生态系统的管理与保护、生态文明的建设与发展对于我国经济、政治、文化等各方面的发展都具有举足轻重的作用。作为我国高等教育双一流建设的院校，应在美丽校园建设方面起带头作用，打造丰富、有地方特色的校园植物景观，以美丽校园建设推进美丽中国建设，发挥高校在社会发展与进步中的积极作用，让师生参与和体验美丽校园建设活动。作为处于热带地区的“211”工程大学和双一流建设高校，海南大学具有得天獨厚的热带自然风光与热带特色植物资源，这是设计植物景观、建设美丽校园的坚实基础与保障。本文以美丽校园建设和绿水青山理论为背景，为丰富海南大学海甸校区的植物景观、美化校园环境，通过实地勘察、对比分析，遵循植物选择的基本原则和园林设计的艺术性原则，在综述海南大学海甸校区校园植物景观的基础上，指出植物景观的单一性和配置的不合理性等问题，并提出植物景观设计改进与提升的策略与建议，希望为高校校园植物景观设计和美丽校园建设提供参考。

Abstract：  The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the vision of Beautiful China Construction， and the 19th National Congress of the CPC emphasized the reform and development of ecological civilization system. Green mountains and clear water are equal to mountains of gold and silver.The protection and management of the ecological system as well as the construction and development of ecological civilization play an important role in the development of economy， politics， culture and so on.As the higher education institutions in China， we should take the leadin building a beautiful campus， createrich campus plant landscapes with local characteristics， promote the construction of a beautiful China with the construction of a beautiful campus， and give full play to the positive role of universities in social development and progress.As a “211 project” university and a “Double First-Class” university in the tropical region， Hainan University is endowed with unique natural tropical scenery and tropical characteristic plant resources， which are the solid foundation and guarantee for plant landscape design andthe construction of a beautiful campus.Based on the theory of beautiful campus construction and green mountains， this paper aimed to enrich the plant landscape and beautify the campus environment of Haidian Campus of Hainan University. Following the basic principles of plant selection and the artistic principles of garden design， we summarized the botanical landscape in Haidian Campus of Hainan University and pointed out the unity of the plant landscape and the unreasonableconfiguration in Haidian Campus through field investigation and comparative analysis.Also， the strategies and suggestions for the improvement and promotion of plant landscape designare put forward， hoping to provide a reference for college campus plant landscape design and beautiful campus construction.
