【摘要】 目的：研究軌道式康复护理措施对恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理状况及生活质量的影响，为临床护理恶性肿瘤化疗患者提供指导。方法：选取2017年8月-2019年8月136例在笔者所在医院接受恶性肿瘤化疗的患者进行研究，按照随机数表法将其分为干预组（n=68）和常规组（n=68）。常规组采用常规护理，干预组采用轨道式康复护理。比较两组护理前后心理状态、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果：护理后干预组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理前两组认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理后干预组认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能评分均明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预组护理后治疗总依从性明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：轨道式康复护理可有效减轻恶性肿瘤化疗患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，大幅改善患者的生活质量水平及提高患者的治疗依从性，护理质量显著，可在临床上广泛应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of track rehabilitation nursing measures on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy， and to provide guidance for clinical nursing of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy. Method： A total of 136 patients who underwent chemotherapy for malignant tumors in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected for study. They were divided into the intervention group （n=68） and the conventional group （n=68） according to the random number table method. The conventional group received routine nursing， while the intervention group received track rehabilitation nursing. The psychological state， treatment compliance and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Result： After nursing， SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of cognitive function， social function， physical function， emotional function and role function between the two groups before nursing （P>0.05）. After nursing， the scores of cognitive function， social function， physical function， emotional function and role function in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total compliance of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the conventional group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Track rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce anxiety， depression and other negative emotions in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy， significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the patient's treatment compliance， nursing quality is significant， can be widely used in clinical.

恶性肿瘤是一类因物理、化学及生物等多方面因素长期影响而致正常细胞异常分化或无限增殖所形成的不良新生物[1]。它区别于正常细胞组织的特点在于其生长不受控制，即表现出无规律的异常无限增殖能力，同时也可向周围的组织浸润生长或扩散转移至其他组织器官，从而影响或破坏正常组织器官的结构和功能，对人体的生命健康带来极大的威胁[2]。目前，全身化疗方式是临床治疗恶性肿瘤的重要途径之一，可有效改善患者的生命质量，从而起到延长生存期的作用[3]。但同时，在化疗期间也会由于不良心理状态或化疗药物的毒副作用，导致患者发生抑郁、脱发、骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应等不适症状，给患者生理和心理方面造成负面影响，从而影响恶性肿瘤的化疗效果[4]。……
