摘要：作为当代具有强制性的约束制度，法律在我国的发展中十分重要，能够有效的保障人们的行为，促进社会的发展。特别是从经济角度来说，法律能够从诚信角度保障经济市场的正常秩序。本文首先对民商法信用进行了简单介绍，然后提出了在新时期内如何构建民商法的信用体系，从而促进我国当前社会的发展。

Absrtact：As a contemporary mandatory binding system， the law is very important in the development of our country， can effectively protect people's behavior， promote the development of society. Especially from the economic point of view， the law can guarantee the normal order of the economic market from the honest point of view. This paper first gives a brief introduction to the credit system of civil and commercial law， and then puts forward how to construct the credit system of civil and commercial law in the new period so as to promote the development of our current society.

我國发展至今几千年来，留下了很多的千古美德，其中，诚信就是最为重要的一环，也是人与人之间不可缺少的准则。但是随着社会的发展，人口增长速度的加快，素质教育的普及程度不够，使得当前社会出现了很多为了利益而产生的不诚信的问题，比如诈骗、造价等等，加重了社会的管理难度。为了能够尽快消除这种情况，我国开始从法律上制定相关的制度来约束这种行为，以强制性的要求让居民遵守，从而提高我国经济市场的有序发展。

1 民商法中信用的概述

由于人口众多，我国建国至今还不到一百年，在各方面法律中对于诚信一词的具体概述还并不统一和明确[1]。特别从当前社会的经济来看，很多学者进行了多次探讨，认为诚信在当前社会以及经济的发展中十分重要，能够在一定程度上反映当前人们的民事人格。民商法的提出，将信用进行了体现，究其原因，主要是因为目前人们进行商品的经济交换，其中包含了人们的意志以及能力的展现。……
